We are currently looking for a talented, driven and energetic person to join our family who will be responsible for handling and managing new and existing clients. Candidates should enjoy building long lasting relationships and have strong verbal and communication skills.
- Support the post-sales process by understanding the clients’ needs and integration.
- Develop a strong working relationship with clients and become their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Help drive clients’ performance and activity from the technical and strategic aspects.
- Serve as the technical and product expert for the clients in all matters.
- Monitor and keep track of clients and their activity.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Business or communication degree – an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, strong social skills, ability to work in small groups, team player!
- Excellent organizational and project management, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
- Track record of leadership and ability to work independently.
- English mother-tongue or very strong written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- 1+ years of experience in online advertising or video add ecosystem– an advantage.
