As an Onboarding Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple functions within the company and become an Aniview product and industry expert in order to provide customers with the ideal solution and service.
Your day-to-day job will be to bridge between the customer, Sales, and R&D, analyze and monitor customer activity, and debug and troubleshoot setups and implementation.
- Managing the post-sale process until the customer is ready to be handed off to the Customer Success team.
- Working with the Sales and R&D departments to understand and execute customer business and technical needs.
- Training new customers over Aniview’s platform and product.
- Basic troubleshooting and debugging to make sure implementation and platform use are done efficiently.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer activity, making sure it’s on track and scaling.
- Establishing strong customer relations and long-term partnerships.
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Ad Operation roles – A MUST.
- Previous experience in Ad-Tech, especially in Video Advertising – BIG advantage.
- English and/or Spanish mother-tongue or strong written and verbal skills – A must (other languages – an advantage).
- Basic knowledge in working with Chrome Devtools – An advantage.
- Independent, self-driven, motivated, and willing to learn.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers at one time.
