Head of Business Development

Aniview is looking for a talented, enthusiastic & motivated Head of Business Development, that will lead the pre-sales, marketing and business development department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, onboarding and managing new clients as well as defining the company’s marketing strategy. He or she should enjoy building long lasting relationships and have strong verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and close potential clients generated through outbound calling, email initiatives and attending appropriate industry events defined by sales management
  • Promptly and proactively address incoming inquiries generated through advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Generate sales targets via research, industry articles and specific targeted verticals defined by the sales and marketing strategies
  • Keep current with industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets
  • Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate our products and value proposition
  • Determine potential, up-sell and bring other revenue opportunities within an account
  • Strategy planning and setting execution plan for sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a B2B, quota carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Sales experience of 3 years or more in the online advertisement and/or technology sales.
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong cross-team
  • Self-starter and results driven
  • Ability to prioritize and handle time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA an advantage
  • English mother-tongue or very strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong online presence- an advantage
