Account Executive, Programmatic

The Opportunity:

You are a sales professional with digital media, ad sales, and video platform experience. You’re ambitious and will strive to demonstrate the value that Aniview brings to publishers. You’ll have a great curiosity to deepen your knowledge of Aniview as well as the digital video publishing and ad tech industries we serve. You are motivated to deliver against high growth targets. On a daily basis, you’ll be looking to drive strategic relationships with agencies and brands. 



  • Driving private marketplace activity with the agency (holding co. and independent) and marketer in-house programmatic trading groups
  • Identify new opportunities, prospect new leads, and grow existing relationships into strategic key accounts
  • Meet and exceed programmatic revenue goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, direct sales, and publisher development teams to create the most relevant positioning, collateral, and advertising solutions for the clients
  • Leverage HubSpot to generate and track lead, account, and pipeline activity

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic media sales or a strategic role working for a programmatic agency group
  • Rolodex of agency and marketer contacts, with influence over programmatic budgets
  • Exceptional organizational skills, while paying close attention to detail
  • Self-starter who will go the extra mile to help the team achieve goals
  • Passion for learning, developing, leading, and winning as a team
  • Knowledge of the programmatic video landscape (demand and supply side)
  • Effective & creative prospecting skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong persuasive and consultative communication
  • High integrity and trust builder with clients
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectives
  • Ability to share client’s needs and industry trends with internal stakeholders, to help drive product innovation
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
