Bookkeeper

We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, reliable, and highly professional Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team

Responsibilities:

Performing and managing account payable functions including review invoices, new vendor set up, processing payments and bank related uploads, and reconciliations.
Maintaining and managing all the month end and mid-month payments
Managing the travel expenses and Reimbursement expenses
Managing and reconciling the corporate credit cards
Maintaining the Fixed Assets ledger.
Responsibility on several bank accounts (local and foreign)
Assisting in monthly and annual closing procedures
Along with a vast variety of other tasks related to bookkeeping and to perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper (type 3)
2-4 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in Hi-Tech companies- advantage
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
Experience with ERP systems – (Priority – Must)
Strong Excel skills – Must
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player and service-oriented
High attention to details
