An excellent opportunity for degree graduates without previous experience / last’s year students to integrate as a Junior CRM Administrator with us at Aniview.
We are an international High-Tech company developing an advanced technological envelope for the world of Adtech.

What are we looking for?
Last year student / a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems.
Who wants to move forward and evolve in the BigData & CRM worlds.
Who has high analytical abilities to find optimal solutions while characterizing and implementing solutions and dealing with our customers and users.

Responsibilities:

  • Fixing faults and making changes to existing automation and processes.
  • Characterization of functions and their implementation on Hubspot
  • Reports / Dashboards maintenance for all departments.
  • Management of the CRM team ticket system.
  • Identifying process anomalies, correcting the process, and providing feedback.
  • Creating/editing queries and procedures by using SQL
  • Databases maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting and data technical assistabace.
  • Collecting requirements from users.
  • Data analysis and new implementation tracking.
  • User support and guidance.
  • Responsible for some software in the organization.


Skills:

  • Assimilation of work processes in the aspect of systems information and writing procedures.
  • Proficiency in understanding business processes in the organization.
  • Experience in implementing an ERP system up to two years advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Practical Engineering /  or last year’s student
  • High-level Excel must 
  • SQL at a reasonable level  must 
  • Experience working with CRM software as Salesfoecs/ SAP /Almog ERP advantage
  • Background in customer services – advantage.
  • Experience in writing API queries –  advantage
  • English – high level  must 
  • Good English, seriousness, ambition, team worker.
