  • Leading the global Customer Success team by setting the strategy – hiring, training, and developing a world-class team.
  • Owning the department roadmap, milestones & KPIs.
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Partnering closely with sales and marketing teams to define goals and leverage our products and services to achieve them.
  • Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operation, monitoring team performance, and reporting on metrics.
  • Audit accounts, study customer escalations and develop a deeper understanding of customer concerns. 


  • 3-6 years of client-facing experience in a SaaS/web/tech/ company.
  • A passion for customers and service.
  • Ability to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience building and managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customers
  • The skills to be a data-driven decision-maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate.
  • An optimistic attitude, a strong passion for your work, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to positively influence your peers and team.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing escalations management, anticipating, and making trade-offs.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work in an ambiguous environment with high attention to detail.
  • Technical understanding of the Adtech industry.
