Publisher Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships and grow our relationships with publisher partners
- Onboard new supply and troubleshoot integration issues
- Support Publisher Development in building relationships with publishers
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day publisher questions
- Troubleshooting performance issues
- Provide regular insights detailing performance, margins and overall yield.
- Lead and manage immediate tactical and strategic recommendations
- Investigate and work directly with engineers/Ad Ops to help them troubleshoot customer issues
- Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation and to improve fill rates
- Educate and monitor supply partners on any new industry trends and requirements and/or impacts to business
- Upsell to publishers new products or improved methods of working
- Work on insights for regular internal business reviews and client QBRs
- Weekly tracking and monitoring publisher health/performance
Requirements;
- Have experience in campaign management, digital operations or yield management
- Have full understanding of programmatic, ad tech, DSP’s, SSP’s, PMP’s
- Are proficient in media reporting
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Have outstanding customer support/ services skills required
- Organized, solutions-focused, team player, analytical, entrepreneurial
- Understand and be able to calculate basic Media Math
- Knowledge of the competitive digital landscape
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Product Management and Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years of relevant experience within the publisher area of Ad Tech
- Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic buying and selling
- Knowledge of all advertising integration technologies (Prebid, Javascript tags, Server to Server)
